In collaboration with the client Markus Winzer and interieur design company GASTRO-STYLE, Mr. Keiblinger, this bar concept has been created, using the following Barmodules.

Grand Lion Workstation

  • Blendersprayer and 1/2 GN sink and water tab
  • Chilled bottle chest for spirits and condiments
  • moveable Work Platform with 1/2 GN cutting board and integrated waste container
  • Icechest for frozen ice and sectionizer
  • Shakerrack

  • Glass freezer with 2 drawers -20 degrees ca
  • lighted PrepStation 2/4 GN with Work board
  • Worktop in stainless steel
  • Various fittings in stainless steel

In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bauherr Markus Winzer und der Einrichtungsfirma GASTRO-STYLE, Herr Keiblinger, ist dieses Barkonzept erstellt worden. Entwickelt und geliefert haben wir:

  • gekühlte Flaschentreppe für Spirituosen
  • verschiebbare Arbeitsplatform mit 1/2 GN Schneidebrett und integrierten Abfallbehälter
  • Eiscube Tiefkühlwanne mit Fachung für die Bevorratung von gefrorenen Eis
  • Shakerablage

  • Glasfroster mit 2 Auszüge -20 Grad ca
  • Prepstation 2/4 GN mit Workbord
  • Arbeitsplatte in Edelstahl
  • Diverse Passstücke in Edelstahl
